Applications

·A semi-synthetic metal removal fluid concentrate meant to be extended in water.
·A starting concentration of 8.0% - 10.0% is recommended for most metal removal operations, optimal concentrations may vary depending on the particular alloy.
·Always add VP850 to water.
·To reduce use and optimize performance, it is best to pre-mix with water prior to filling the fluid system or adding make-up.
·A calibrated refractometer should be used to determine the fluid concentration.
·To determine the concentration, use the following formula: concentration (%) = % Brix (Refractive Index) x 1.8 (RI Multiplier)
