·Cuts both body and counterbore diameters in a single pass.
·Straight shanks that corresponds to the drill diameter.

Applications

·Designed for drilling mounting holes for socket-head cap screws.
·The dual cutting diameters produce holes properly sized for each size screw.
·The two styles available permit the holes to be drilled for both through holes and tapped holes. The through hole style produces holes with a body diameter slightly larger than the major diameter of the screw. The tapped hole type drills holes with the diameter needed for tapping the holes to approximately 70% thread. Both types also produce a counterbored area correctly sized for the screw head.
·Suitable for a range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, and non-metallic materials.
·The cutting lengths are sufficient to permit repeated sharpenings.
·For optimal performance and the best tool life, suitable lubricating/cutting oils or the appropriate coolant fluids are recommended.
