·Guaranteed fast setting with ±.0002" accuracy.
·Heads can be safely rotated in either direction.
·Interchangeable shanks with short taper and flange connection for accuracy, power, and rigidity. However, Shanks is not included in the set.
·Available shank description: R8, 30/40/50 ISA Shanks & 2/4/5/6 Morse Taper Shanks.
·Lubrication is distributed from two points to all friction surfaces.
·Quality construction throughout with all parts hardened and precision ground for long life and extreme accuracy.
·Sturdy fitted case.
·Boring bars use CCMT 21.51 and TCMT 21.51 inserts.

Applications

·Ideal for boring in a wide range of diameters.
·Suitable for precision boring of cylindrical holes and for machining of external cylindrical surfaces.
·Turning internal and external surfaces by summing up the spindle feed with an automatic feed of the head.
·Also used for facing, Internal recessing, recessing, back facing, boring of taper hole, machining of external taper, and thread cutting.
